Full bathroom on the ground floor and on the 1st floor a large dressing room with a single bed and a toilet. Super warm room with a double bed and air conditioning. Beautiful neighborhood, super quiet block, full of nice bars, cafes and 1 block from 2 major avenues. The space Spacious PH in Recoleta on the ground floor, quiet. Super comfortable, all spaces connected. It has a master bedroom with a 1.4 bed with a toilet and a large dressing room with hangers and a single bed. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a table for 6 people with a super-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. A large armchair that would allow an extra guest at an extra cost. Full kitchen, with refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, etc. for cooking. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer and iron for clothes. Private patio, semi-roofed with a table for 2, a beautiful space to have breakfast or rest after a long day. It also has a washer-dryer. Excellent Wi-Fi network as we know that many come to visit and also to work from home. So it's very important that you can feel comfortable. If you have any needs that are not listed in the publication, you can consult us and of course, if we can, we are here to make your stay pleasant. We have another unit within the same complex for 2 people, check availability and cost if you need it for more people. PLEASE READ TO THE END OF THE POST. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: After 3:00 P.M. - CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability at the time, whether there is a reservation the night before or the day of departure. - Cleaning: The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment entrance in optimal conditions with sheets and towels. It does not include daily cleaning, or any other type of cleaning (it does not include washing dishes, in case of leaving dishes, one hour of cleaning staff will be added). One set of towels per person and one set of sheets per bed with pillows and blanket are provided. Extra cleaning service is offered at any time during the stay at an additional cost, with our trained and trusted staff. For stays longer than 30 nights, a MANDATORY cleaning will be carried out with a change of linen in the apartment, the payment of the service will be the responsibility of the guest, to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. The day and time will be coordinated after the booking is generated. Cost of the service to be quoted at the time. (will never exceed the cleaning fee already charged). - Lost keys: The cost for lost apartment or building keys will be $50. If a locksmith has to intervene, the guest will also bear the cost. - No smoking, no pets, no parties and no loud noises during rest hours: If you are found NOT to have respected the house rules, you will be fined USD 50. - After booking, you will be asked to send via Airbnb messaging: * Photo of both sides of the ID or Passport of all guests staying. * Number of guests. * Contact WhatsApp number. * Email. * Indicate if you arrive at Ezeiza Airport (flight number and arrival time), Aeroparque (flight number and arrival time), Buquebus (boarding number and arrival time), or by land to coordinate the delivery of keys and go to the apartment. * Approximate time of arrival at the apartment.
