Bedroom with small balcony and KA. Here you will find a beautiful view of the mountains. They share the kitchen, living room and bathroom with us or other guests. We are located in a quiet and central location, just a few meters from the bus stop, supermarket and train station. 15 minutes by car to Lake Constance and Lindau, 10 minutes to Rappenloch Gorge by car. Very close to Bödele and Bregenzerwald, special places for skiing and in the summer season for hiking. The space The room is 25 m². It is for a maximum of 3 people. It has a double bed and a small sofa bed (for one child). If necessary, an extra bed is also available. Very spacious, with large windows and a privileged view from the balcony. From your room you can see the sunrise. The full moon also illuminates the room. In the spring, the beauty of the forest will enchant you and the rainbows of summer and autumn will surprise you. In the winter, when the snow falls, the whole forest is dressed in white. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. These are common areas that are shared with us and/or other guests. During your stay We are a very sociable couple and ready to answer all your questions and offer as much support as possible. Other things to note Since our apartment is located on the top floor of an office building, it offers a wonderful view over the city and is very quiet and noise-free. We therefore ask that you keep the volume of the TV or music at an appropriate level. We have a cat at home. She is very affectionate and playful. Please note that she is not allowed in the bedrooms. When we are traveling in Peru, or when we are in our other apartment in Dornbirn, we also offer our rooms for rent. We are confident that all of our guests will maintain a good coexistence based on respect, good communication, order, cleanliness and the peace of the house. Please note that due to local and national regulations, the official ID of each guest must be presented at check-in, and the local tax for the city of Dornbirn must be paid at that time. This year, 2025, it is 3 euros per person per night, which includes a free bus and train ticket throughout Vorarlberg. Thank you!
