Two of the bedrooms feature double beds while the third bedroom features 2 single beds. Every bedroom has its en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, and a split unit air conditioner. On the roof, you will find an amazing rooftop with sea views, comfortable furniture under a covered area, and additional sun lounges. The backyard provides you with complete privacy, a quiet place with relaxing amenities. You will also find a large barbeque, and sunbeds where you can lay back and relax by the pool during a nice and sunny Cypriot afternoon. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account. FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group. ELECTRICITY IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits: * Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH. If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a sustainable community! EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS •If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €30/stay for High Chair or €40/stay if you wish to order both together. • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost. • Pool heating: The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional cost. (20 euros per day) Please Note: Pool heating works gradually and increases the water temperature by approximately 2–3°C per day, depending on weather conditions. The maximum temperature it can reach is 28°C, which means that heating the pool may take several days to achieve the desired temperature.
