Secluded but close to town, located in a small community, Powersville, across from a historical home used for events. A wooded, private drive leads to a circular drive with ample parking. The apartment is upstairs with a lighted stairway leading to private deck which faces more woods. Nature is all around with birds, squirrels and deer frequenting the property. An outdoors fire pit allows for a relaxing evening. The space Ambient light floods the space with a stained glass window showering the floors with amber, green and dusk blue colors during morning coffee, enjoyed at the bar table. The bedroom is well suited for best sleeping light with west facing window catching fall and winter sunsets, too many leaves to see spring & summer, but sky hues are beautiful! The space has a stackable washer/dryer that can be closed off from the rest of the apartment. Great for long term rentals. There is extra warmth provided in the bathroom with a timed wall heater. Access to the walk in closet is in the bathroom, so dressing can remain in a warm environment.
