De Mast at Fort Vechten, farm, located in the fertile region near the Kromme Rijn, near Utrecht for 1 -7 people Ultimate enjoyment of all that farm life has to offer. From the farm, you have a clear view of the countryside in all directions. Large oaks stand next to the path with a lovely large terrace with lounge sofa exclusively for guests. You can enjoy the tranquility, but also, among other things: hiking, biking, canoeing down the Kromme Rijn or strolling along Utrecht canals. The space In the middle of the country, near Utrecht, we rent out part of the front house of our farm as a (vacation) apartment. A spacious living room and suite with kitchen, toilet, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, 2 bedrooms with spacious double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, a part of our spacious flower garden and a large terrace with a nice lounge sofa are offered to you. The kitchen has an induction plate, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. For longer stays, a freezer can be placed. Laundry can also be done for you for a fee. In the summer, a BBQ is at your disposal. The guest house has all the comforts, so you only need to bring your personal belongings. Breakfast is not included. Other things to note General Terms and Conditions – BnB, Bed and Bath, farmhouse De Mast Article 1: These general terms and conditions are intended for guests of BnB De Mast in Bunnik. Hereinafter referred to as "the tenant". The host and hostess of De Mast, called the "host", ensures that the accommodation is made available to the tenant(s) in good condition upon arrival of the guests. The tenant receives the key from the host and returns it after the end of his stay. Article 2: The tenant agrees to "occupy" the guest house neatly and to leave it in good condition, broom clean. Any damage will be reported to the host by the tenant within one day after check-out. Article 3: The tenant will handle the facilities/equipment in the guesthouse properly. If something unexpectedly breaks and this is not reported, the landlord may charge the tenant for this. Article 4: The host cannot be held liable for loss or damage to the tenant's personal property or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather or temporary interruption of the internet or something else). Article 5: We rent bicycles, and child seats are also available for rent. Article 6: For children, we can place indoor and outdoor toys; so please let us know if you want to use them. Article 7: No smoking is allowed in the guesthouse. In the event of negligence, the host may recover any costs incurred from the renter. Outdoor smoking is allowed. Furthermore, burning candles is also not allowed. Article 8: Pets are not allowed. Article 9: Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. Deviating times can be discussed in advance by phone or by email. Dropping off luggage before check-in is always negotiable. Article 10: The tenant may receive visitors during the day; no more than two people and in consultation with the host. Tenant remains responsible for the accommodation when there is a visit. Parties and celebrations are, except in exceptional cases, prohibited. The tenant may not simply allow extra guests to stay overnight. Should this happen, without consultation, the host is entitled to charge the tenant extra costs for this. Article 11: No breakfast is served at BnB De Mast. The tenant is aware of this. Article 12: The tenant may visit the stables and machine storage of the company together with the host. Without the host, the renter is not allowed to be on the premises. Article 13: The landlord is not liable for any injuries sustained by the tenant during the stay at De Mast. Article 14: Oskam Melkvee is our company with dairy cows; this involves a certain activity on the farm and premises.
