The apartment is the owners' residence, being rented during travel periods, so they will leave the apartment during this period to host. The space The apartment is small and cozy. The Block has residents of all ages and is peaceful and quiet. The Condominium has room for children to play. It has 1 bedroom available with a double bed. The owners will leave the apartment during this period to host. The kitchen and laundry room can be used. No TV in the apartment. Home office available. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the gastronomic center of Santa Felicidade and easy to access. There is no parking space. If necessary, we will see if any neighbors have one available to rent or lend. Other things to note We have a double bed available.
