Cabin in Magnet

Rivers Edge sleeps 14 comfortably with 2.5 baths and is wheelchair accessible on the main floor. Open floor plan is great for spending time together. There are kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and a gas grill. There is a 6-8 person hot tub located on lower deck, rocking chairs, picnic table on the porch. There is a fire pit outside and a dock is on the water for fishing or boating. However if the water is high the dock may not be accessible. This cabin is located in a private rural setting. The space The Cabin is fully furnished with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper and hand and dish soaps. You will need to bring your own groceries and toiletries as the nearest general store is 15 minutes away and only supplies basics. Guest access You have the entire cabin, the porch, the yard, and a dock on the water. Other things to note Renters must be 35 years of age and be responsible/respectful to rent our cabin. We may approve younger ages but you must contact us for approval. PET FEE- $100 per stay and only includes 2 pets. Any more than 2 pets are only allowed with Owner approval and additional fees. Please contact us with questions or concerns. Dishes must be in dishwasher and soiled sheets put by laundry before checking out. Trash must be placed in cans on back porch. Holidays are a 3 night minimum. We operate on Central Standard Time. We are always available by text or call. Price per night includes the first 2 guests but each additional guest after that will be $20. We will request additional fees if you do not add all of your guests. Check in at 3pm- Check out at 10am
