The space Guests of our home will enjoy the comfortable and relaxed vibe, making for the perfect getaway. For those who are working remote or want to stay connected, we are powered by Starlink! All 3 bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses & bedding, ensuring a great night's sleep. From the outdoor living spaces to our large yard, you might just find yourself enjoying in the sunshine all day long! ***Important note: Our home is on a well & septic system. What does that mean? Only the 3-P's down the toilet (pee, poo, & TP). Septic-safe toilet tissue must be used (No Charmin!). We often have our large family stay, and by being conscience of water use, nobody ever has a cold shower. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including the deck, lower river patios, and private beach. Other things to note As in most regions of the West, our slice of Colorado is no exception to the dangers of wildfire, potential flash flooding, or winter storms.
