A restored 1950s three bedroom, two bathroom home located 5 minutes from Phoenicia and 15 minutes from Hunter Mountain, set on 4 acres with an expansive backyard and beautiful views. Enjoy nearby outdoor activities like hiking, skiing & swimming, visit local antique shops, restaurants & breweries, or simply relax by the wood burning fireplace or on the back patio with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the mountains. The space The home is on a hill set back from a main road. The three bedrooms vary in size (large, mid-sized, and small) and each has a comfortable Queen bed, room darkening shades, a nightstand or two, closet, luggage rack, mirror, and fan. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with a standing shower with rainwater head, toilet, and original sink. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and large vanity. We provide organic Coyuchi bath linens and sustainable Hoot & Buffy bed linens. Please inquire when requesting to book. - The property is set back from Route 214 so you may hear some cars passing when in the backyard, but it’s easily drowned out by light conversation or the fire crackling. - The home does not have air conditioning, but we provide a tower fan in the living room and each of the bedrooms.
