The bungalow is ideally suitable for families of up to 6-8 persons. The bungalow on a 114sqm lot is situated in a quiet residential, guarded and gated subdivision (Apple Bungalowge 1, Cainta, Rizal) along the road to the Valley Golf Course & Resort. Eateries / carinderias, sari-sari shops, laundry, bakery are available in or just outside the bungalow 10min away from bars and restaurants (Padi’s Point, Cloud 9 etc.) in the Antipolo mountains / Sumulong Hwy overlooking Manilla and Laguna Bay The space The bungalow is equipped with two Aircon units and multiple fans. Fiber / WiFi internet (100mbps) available / suitable for working from home (SAP R3, MS Teams video calling), Netflix, etc. The following spaces: • Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, clothing cabinet, dresser mirror, office table + chair. • Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (twin size bed on top and full size bed at the bottom) and clothing cabinet. • TV room with a big flat screen TV. Room can be made into bedroom 3 with a wooden couch that can be transformed into a queen-size bed. • Living room with bar table, 4 bar stools and a wooden couch that can be transformed into a queen-size bed. • Attached to the living room is the kitchen with drinking water dispenser, faucet, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, complete kitchen utensils, fridge and freezer. • Bathroom with toilet and hot shower. Both in the back and in the front is sufficient outside space with plenty of shadow for e.g. family dinners and relaxing on the comfy launch chairs. Full garden set with table and chairs are available. No smoking inside as the house is equipped with smoke detector. Always safety first! Free parking is available. Guests will / can be provided with: • bath towels, face towels • housekeeping (per request) • optional breakfast (additional charge) delivered to bungalow each morning • unlimited drinking water Swimming pool and tennis courts are available in nearby Subdivision. Please reach out to us for the location or alternative location of swimming pools / BBQ places / SPAs in the close vicinity. 20 metres away from the bungalow there is a roofed basketball court.
