This single story duplex (has 3 front porch steps to climb in order to access home) transports you back to when houses were built with real wood doors and large (let the light in) windows with sills!! The beautiful hardwood floors have that oh so good character creak a step here and a step there. Cozy and quaint while you watch your 50" smart TV, cook on a 21st century stove (or microwave). Check-in will be self-guided and contactless, with smart lock unit access by a custom code provided only to you with your check-in instructions and valid till 11 am on your check-out date. We do ask that during your stay you remember to respect our home, your neighbors, and the community. Please be mindful of your trash (leave no trace in the outdoors kind of thing), quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Even though there will be nobody above or below you during your stay, there might be neighbors to the right and/or left of you.
