The space The Penthouse was designed and renovated less than two year ago by an award-winning Scandinavian Architect Office and one of the master pieces of their designs. It also hosted many photo shootings and video productions for fashion and interior design commercials, don’t be surprised if you stop by a billboard and see the place you’re staying at! The material selection is of exceptionally high quality and mostly custom made. Furnishing mainly consists of brands with iconic designs. Ceilings are way more higher than the standard and decorated with stucco and rosettes in all the rooms. The apartment is heated by electric underfloor heating installed in all rooms. There´s a fireplace as well for the warmest of evenings. The space is approx. 100 sqm, and consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, separate laundry room (sink and drying), kitchen, living room and west facing balcony with evening sun. Kitchen has all sorts of modern appliances such as hob, coffee machine, wine cabinet, dishwasher, freezer, and fridge. All of the highest quality.
