You will have the opportunity to interact with the village elders and in the traditions of a typical village of Trás-os-Montes. 🏞️ Privileged location in the heart of Vale do Tua Regional Natural Park, in Pombal de Ansiães, between the Tua and Douro rivers. Staying at Casa d'Aldeia is like time travel! The tranquility, the hospitality of the people and the traditions make this an authentic refuge. The space 🏡 The cottage consists of: ✅ 3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 1 with single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 7 people. ✅ Spacious lower-floor room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person. ✅ 2 full bathrooms, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. 🛋️ In the living room you will find: ✔ Smart TV for your entertainment. ✔ Dining area for up to 8 people. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances for a comfortable stay. ⚠️ Note: Access to the upper floor (rooms) is done by the outside. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas in the house. The countryside is marked by vineyards, olive groves and verdant hills, creating a perfect setting for hiking, bike riding and moments of relaxation. 🍽️ Food and Culture The village provides an authentic gastronomic experience, with local restaurants serving traditional dishes such as roasted goats, Mirandesa posts and typical sausages of the region. In addition, it is possible to interact with the locals and get to know the Transmontan traditions closely. 🏛️ Heritage and History A few minutes away, you can visit Ansiães Castle, one of the most emblematic in the region, as well as preserved historical villages, where time seems to have stopped. 🏡 About Accommodation: ✅ Located on the 1st and 2nd floor (without elevator). ⚠️ Note: Access to the upper floor (rooms) is done by the outside. 🛏️ Towels and Lençóis: ✅ Each guest receives a bath towel. ✅ The bathroom has 2 face towels. ✅ All beds will be prepared with clean linens. 🧹 For stays longer than 7 days: Intermediate ✅ cleaning (including change of bed sheets and towels) available for 50€. ✅ If you prefer, we can provide an extra set of sheets and towels, allowing guests to exchange on their own at no additional cost.
