The space This 1,300 sq. ft. apartment is just minutes away from Palm Beach, the wealthiest and most historic neighborhood in the United States. To prioritize the health of guests and the care of our planet, a housekeeping team uses non-toxic cleaning products. Surfaces are cleaned with natural solutions like vinegar and lemon, while sodium and citric acid- and soda- based detergents ensure thorough cleaning. For disinfection, we utilize hot steam on furniture and hard-to-reach areas, providing a safe and eco-friendly approach. Promoting Sustainability: To help reduce plastic waste and protect our beautiful planet, guests can request a spring water bottles to be delivered. The water comes in 5-gallon bottles, perfect for minimizing single-use plastic. There’s no upcharge—just a small fee to cover the cost of the water, making it a very affordable option. You will have access to all property amenities: • Olympic-size pool • Clubhouse (great place to work from, hardly anyone in there!) • Conference room • Property gym Other things to note For reservations over 3 weeks: Once your reservation is approved, guests need to provide a valid email address to complete the registration process with the condominium. The documents will be sent electronically. 1. Sign a Rental Agreement electronically. 2. Then, complete a quick HOA application at www.tenantevcom. It takes about 10–15 minutes and includes a soft background check (doesn't affect your credit). 3. All guests are required to provide clear copy of their IDs. *Note: The condominium charges a $150 application fee, paid directly on their site. You’ll also need to upload clear ID copies. All leases must be signed for a minimum of 30 days, even if the actual stay is shorter, as this is required for registration purposes. *Note: If you’re bringing a pet, there’s a $250 non-refundable fee, unless you provide an ESA letter. Cleaning: Dear guest, at no point are you expected to clean the apartment to a sparkling shine. However, please be mindful that the cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Should the apartment be left in disarray with food, garbage, sand, or furniture stained, necessitating extra cleaning time, an additional $50 cleaning fee per hour will apply. Your respect for the space is appreciated, helping to prevent any potential disappointments. Pets: If you plan to bring a pet, an additional refundable deposit is required prior to arrival: • Pets under 25 lbs: $500 deposit • Pets over 25 lbs: $2,500 deposit These amounts will be collected through an Airbnb payment request before check-in and are fully refundable after checkout, provided the property is left in good condition with no pet-related damage. If any damage occurs or replacement of furniture is needed, the cost will be deducted from this deposit. Lost keys: Each lost or missing key, fob, or parking decal will incur a $100 replacement fee. I know the cost is high—it’s set by the building, not by the host. Other: Smoking, drug use, parties, bringing unregistered pets, or allowing unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Violating any of these rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Please also understand that, as with any residential property, occasional maintenance may be required. The condominium association or building management may request access to the unit for scheduled maintenance, such as fire safety inspections, pest control services, or other required building upkeep.
