This quaint studio style, detached unit is across the street from our golf course which offers beautiful evening sunsets yet we’re also near the heart of our energetic downtown Phoenix. Furnished with a Queen Tempur-pedic mattress, a queen futon pull out, full bathroom, and full kitchen. Stroll through our charming historic housing district, walk over and play a round of golf, catch a swim, and more. This space is comfy and relaxing! The space This is a studio space with the bed and futon in the same room. The futon can also be turned into a comfortable couch for your morning coffee. Our property is on the 18th fairway of the Encanto Golf Course. Be sure to enjoy an evening stroll on the course after the golfers are done for the day. The sunsets and vibe are both incredible in this neighborhood. Guest access You'll have access to the gate at the end of the driveway to make entry into the backyard. There is a lockbox to the left of the front french doors. You will be texted your access code the day of your arrival.
