Guest access The pool outside is a nice respite and the private beach access walkway gives you a great place to relax Outdoor showers and hoses offer the option to clean up before you head back into the house. FREE parking is provided for up to two cars, in the off season between September and March we allow golf carts. Other things to note The Condo sleeps 8 All linens and bath towels are provided. Guests will need to bring beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked. Handicap Accessibility: There are no elevators at our condo. There are two sets of stairs on each side of the building. One set is a steeper, skinnier stair case, the other is a wide double set of stairs that is very easy to go up and down. Parking: Onsite parking lot, no charge. Parking passes are mandatory on this property. Two Passes will be provided upon check in. There is NO parking available for boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes. Failing to use parking passes or parking unauthorized vehicles on the property will result in possible towing at the renter's expense. Subject to $300 fine Noise policy: if there is excessive noise at late hours and the police are called or it is reported to the HOA Board, a $250 fine will be charged against your deposit Smoking policy: No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes and marajuana.
