The space The Property is secluded with a long road to the Home and Clear Lake from Highway 17 East. Guest access This is a private home, so the home is not shared. There will be a separate office space for the Host. The rented area has separate access, two bedrooms, office/laundry, area can also be used as a 3rd bedroom with door. Living room with electric fireplace, dining room, kitchen, work space Bring your own boat! We have a dock - will guide you for access to lake Other things to note Pets We love Pets! There is a $50 Pet fee, Per Pet. * Long term bookings, please speak with us on fees, as $50 per month, is added to your pricing. Please ensure when bringing your pet, your pet/pets, are added to your booking, with the full number of pets. If bringing a pet, please bring their own pet bed/crate, housing. Please do not have pets on furniture, beds, air mattresses, couch, tables etc. If there is any added cleanup or damage caused by your pet there will be an additional pet fee. BBQ In Season. We have just installed a new full family sized BBQ. We ask that you please clean after every use as there are wild life in the area and we do not want to attract. Upon checking out please ensure BBQ is left clean how you received it. Please use provided BBQ cleaning supplies outdoors. If there is additional cleanup needed, there will be an additional cleanup charge. Also, to note there are instructions to turn on and instructions to turn off the barbecue. Please ask us if you are not familiar with operating this type of barbecue. We ask that you please turn off propane tank and also all BBQ dials after ever use. Enjoy! Bring your own boat! We have a dock to moore it and can guide you for access to put it in/out of lake slip nearby. Long Term Stays Please consult with Host and Co-Host regarding garbage removal and home cleaning during long term stays.
