Each unit has its separate entryway and exit and locked doors. The history behind the home: Several years ago, my husband and I purchased this home. The previous owners had divided the site into 4 separate spaces complete with separate entries. Our initial thought was to convert the property back to 1 whole space sans the divisions. We however soon found that to do so would involve essentially tearing the structure down and starting over as these renovations would require that we bring the building up to current code. This home is pre- 1970's and because of the nostalgia and charm of the place, we decided to leave it as is for now. Having said this, there are quirks to the property including slower drains, and some nostalgic flooring dating. to the 1970's.
