It is a 8 year old home and located on 5 acres of land directly on a semi private beach, swimming and snorkeling cove with its own cay, equipped with 2 kyacks. Our cleaning guidelines and procedures assure that everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each check in with Clorox and other approved germ removal detergents, to assure that our guests are safe and healthy Guest access Guests will be given a key to the front door by our caretaker Please call a few days before arrival his # is located in our welcome letter. He will meet you with the key and show you the house and answer any questions you might have. Other things to note There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths total in the house Two are located on the main floor and is available for $675 nightly for both bedrooms and will sleep 5 comfortably. One King and twin in the larger room and a queen in the smaller room. both on main floor. The third bedroom King ensuite is upstairs and is available for groups larger than 5 for an additional $200 a night. If you do not include the upstairs ensuite then it will remain empty and locked. THE BAHAMAIN GOVERNMENT HAS REQUIRED US TO ADD A 10% VAT TAX
