Entire Loft at Marina/Cow Hollow

Our quiet and sun-filled loft is located at the intersection of the Marina and Cow Hollow Districts. You'll get a good night's rest on the cozy queen bed, then get some work done with fast Wi-Fi. This is a single unit, private entrance, no share bath or kitchen. The main door has its keyless lock. The loft offers access to two beautiful neighborhoods: The Marina and the mature Cow Hollow. Discover them for yourself! The space The loft has a twin bed set up outside the bedroom for additional guest, please see additional fee. Please note that this is a long term monthly Airbnb. We will provide some basic daily use stuff for your first few days use. Please purchase your daily use stuff at the nearby grocery store. Kindly treat our loft as your own and take care of it. People staying below your unit are nurses, and they work by shifts, so please pay attention to the noises, particularly at early morning. Thanks! If you like to cook, the kitchen area equipped with dishes and essential cooking utensils. Kitchen is not big, so simple cooking only. Please only cook for yourself. Sorry no party cooking! Laundromat is about one block away. During your stay, every 2-3 weeks, good to wash your bed sheet, comforter cover, pillow covers and towels. When you wash, please do not mix with your dark colored clothes. Staying in this area, normally guests are no need a car. However day time street parking, 2 hours limit. Please pay attention to the street cleaning day. Or you can rent a parking spot at the nearby garage. We look forward to hosting you!
