Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located right in the heart of downtown but perfectly placed on the hill so you have plenty of privacy. This home is so cozy with a comfortable back den to cuddle up to watch movies, a front living room for adult time and a screened in porch for rocking in the breeze. We can’t wait for you to create fun memories just like we have! Due to a bad experience we ask that NO PARTIES be allowed, this house means a lot to us and you will see why. The space This home includes 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two on the main level and two upstairs. It has a front living room and cozy den. Two bathrooms. A dining room and an eat in kitchen. Guest access The main level and upstairs are accessible to all guests. We ask that you do not enter into the basement or closets that have been locked. We keep boring stuff like yard equipment and cleaning supplies in there anyway. Other things to note There is a steep driveway and street parking. Big front and back yard. There is a small dip in the front side walk leading to the front door so be mindful of that.
