Quiet & Cozy chalet located in a gated community The space 2BR/2BA tucked away in the mountains of a gated community. Great room w/gas FP, flat screen TV, full kitchen w/bar seating & dining room table too. Main floor guest BR offers a Queen Bed plus a bunk bed w/Full & Twin & guest bath across the hall. Upstairs is the master suite w/King bed & full bathroom. Covered porch & open deck. Internet too. *Water is aerated. It will look cloudy, please let is set a few seconds & it will clear up. Nothing is wrong with the water itself *Master Bed is HIGH off the ground. Not recommended for guests that have trouble getting in/out of bed *TV is internet streaming only. Renter MUST have their own log in for Netflix and/or Amazon *We will ask for a photocopy of your driver's license and vehicle that you'll be driving for security purposes at the property prior to your arrival*
