Our spacious 3-level home with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and self-contained spaces is perched on a hill with a great northeastern aspect, and lovely views towards the coast. We are a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants in Avalon village and the beach. The space 3 level-home with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Master bedroom on the upper level and 2 bedrooms at the main middle entrance level providing 2 self-contained living room areas and a large laundry. Spacious rooms with a large entertaining balcony. The Master bedroom and upper living room and kitchen flow into this entertainment balcony. The TV room with an 83-inch TV is at the lower level. Parking available in the driveway. Stunning bushland and views to the coast! And a night sky perfect for stargazing from the spacious deck Guest access Garage, one study at the lower TV level and some cupboards are not accessible. Enough cupboard space will be provided in each room for belongings. Other things to note Parking available in driveway for 2 cars On street parking available House is not suitable for toddlers and young children due to the stairs and balconies The key to the house is a special custom key made in the UK and we cannot cut a new key in Australia.
