The basement apartment is off limits and is for owners’ use only . Side door entrance may be used by both owners and guests . Please consult with host before hosting an event (party/reunion etc) there may be an additional fee. The garden is a shared garden for host and guests. Guests booking home agree to allow host to tend to the gardens on a daily or as needed basis. Guest access First, second, & third floors are totally for guests. Basement is owner’s apartment with entrance through side door . Front porch and backyard are also available. Garden is a shared space for owners and guests. Other things to note PLEASE Do NOT lock the deadbolt on the north side door. Guests are encouraged to deadbolt the kitchen door. Please consult with us if you’re planning to host an event on our property (may be an additional fee) NOTE: the gardens need the owner’s daily attention of watering etc. guests are welcome to share in the garden produce. .
