This is a spacious and cozy one-bedroom with lots of windows and sunlight in the heart of Brooklyn. It is three blocks from the historical Prospect Park and even closer to the Parade Ground. Close to Kings Theater, Burlington, etc. Between Church Ave, Flatbush, and Cortelyou. As a historic neighborhood, you can enjoy tree-lined streets and grand victorian homes where you can stroll while listening to birds. The space About the Apartment The apartment is a two-bedroom (but one is a nursery room that we keep locked) with a huge master bedroom. As a pre-war, the apartment has lots of space, and it fits four adults for sleeping since the living room has an additional sofa bed that is very comfortable. The living room is huge with two desk workspaces, ergonomic chairs, a dining table, a sofa, bookshelves, and still lots of space. The kitchen included everything you need to cook - blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, pots, pans, utensils and etc. There is one bathroom with a shower space separated full-size bathtub. Since we have a baby, it is very friendly for families with kids. We have crib, eatable, rails on the bed if necessary, and a running stroller if you want to run with your kid(s). The building has laundry and an elevator and the super lives on the building. Guest access You can use the whole apartment and building amenities. Other things to note This vibrant and friendly neighborhood has many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, public libraries, etc. Several groceries and organic markets are one or two block distance depending on if you go north or south. Brighton Beach and Coney Island are 15 min distant using the Subway. Public Transportation is easy with B and Q trains, both express in Manhattan. You can get in downtown in about 20 min.
