We offer fast 200mbps Wi-Fi if you need to stream on your own devices. Kitchen: There is no traditional kitchen (no stove/oven/kitchen sink in the unit). We provide a kitchenette and an outdoor BBQ for your convenience. Drive Times: We are approximately 30 minutes from the Yosemite South Gate Entrance and about 1.5 hours to the Yosemite Valley floor. Garage: There is no guest access to the garage, but we have ample off-street parking in the driveway. Heat/Air Conditioning: The house has Central Heat and AC that will be set to a reasonable temperature, but you will not have direct access to the thermostat. We do provide a ceiling fan and portable electric heater for your use. If needed, we can adjust the thermostat remotely upon request.
