Captains House ~ Amazing views 2 min walk to beach

Welcome to "Captain's House" in Arch Cape! The space * * * Sorry, this home does not allow pets. * * * Captain's House, a coastal peaceful comfortable spacious traditional and unconventional home with 180 degrees ocean views. With a reverse floor plan and large windows you can watch the waves roll in, see the change in ocean color throughout the day and the sunset. An under 2 min walk gets you on a beautiful empty beach whenever you feel like. A covered deck with expansive ocean views invites you often to feel the ocean breeze and hear the sound of crashing waves. The memory foam comfortable mattresses on all beds will give you a deep long night sleep in the strong fresh ocean air. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bath and work table with chair(s). One bedroom has a UHD computer monitor. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The living room downstairs can be used as a 5th walk through sleeping area. It has a queen sofa bed sleeper and a twin bed The dinning table has 10 comfortable dining chairs. The kitchen island has 4 counter height chairs. In the house you can find: 1 child’s highchair, 2 X pack' n plays with mattresses + sheets for mattresses, 1 baby gate 100% cotton bed linens with duvet covers washed after every guest (sorry, no top sheets), extra blankets and pillows 12 sets of towels and 12 twin comforters with duvet covers (4 stored in the living room downstairs). Hair dryers in all 4 bathrooms. High speed internet, wi-fi, wired telephone for local/US calls, XBox One. Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ (with ads) via the Roku apps on all 6 smart TVs as well as Live TV on the Hulu app (like cable TV with 85+ channels) with unlimited DVR recording. Please DO NOT log out of these 3 (Hulu, Disney, ESPN) apps so all guests can enjoy them. You’re welcome to add any other Roku apps. 9 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 12 beach towels, sand toys. Drip Coffee Maker with filters, 250 g starter pack Italian coffee, coffee grinder, fridge filtered water, ice maker. Crab crackers, oyster knives. Gas grill (two propane tanks around the house) Ping pong table. Lodging rules: Check in 4 pm Check out 10 am (this house is big, we can not accommodate late check out) Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am No Smoking No Pets (Please do not ask if we can make exceptions) Max 12 people at all times, not just overnight (children under 2 not counted) 5 free parking spaces available on the property (2 in garage, 3 on the driveway/gravel) Guest access Guest check in themselves with keypad code any time they want after 4 pm. Many times the house can be ready as early as 2 pm as we have usually two housekeepers, but when we have only one, the house can't be ready before 4 pm. Other things to note To keep the cleaning price affordable for the number of sleeping places and remote area, please: Run the dishwasher, wash all dishes that don’t fit in the dishwasher in the sink. Wipe down and put away any baby gear used. Place all used towels, sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers only in the laundry room. Take the trash from kitchen and from all four bathrooms to the garbage bins located at the front of the house. Check that all the windows/doors are locked, fireplaces off, heat to 62F Tahnk you!
