Large, leafy home, short distance to beach n cafes

Come and escape to Paperbark Paradise! A short 200m walk to the beach, restaurants and park. This two story, spacious, home will be your sanctuary to unwind. With a large, leafy backyard you feel secluded while listening to the ocean. The river is close too! Have a bbq and hang on the deck. Watch the kids play in the cubby, large outdoor play gym and trampoline or walk to the nature reserve across the road. It has something for everyone. And the house accommodates five people!! Come enjoy! The space The house has two rooms. Both rooms are spacious and have a queen bed in each. There is the option of adding a portacot or single mattress. The mattress will easily fit in both rooms. All rooms are very spacious. We supply linen and pillows for all bedding required. The garage and upstairs area is not accessible for guests. Guest access There are two street entrances and private driveways on either sides of the house. The front door is accessible by Cottonwood Street. Our garage is locked and not accessible. There is room to park in the private driveway and also plenty of parking in the street, with no limitations by council. There is a private driveway off Sundew Street. Sundew Street is a cul de sac and a great place for kids to skate/ ride bikes safely. The house is super easy access to walk everywhere. There is a Coles, bottle shop, and servo a 3 minute drive up the road. Heaps of cafes, bakery, beach, park, convenient store in walking distance from the house. Other things to note There is no access to our garage and the top part of the house 😊 These are both locked.
