Enjoy Maine🌲🦞 from our home in Harpswell, a town with 216 miles of coastline and dozens of hiking trails. Our 5 bedroom, 3 bath house can accommodate up to 11 people very comfortably with a well-equipped kitchen, 4 acres with trails, gardens and across the street from the ocean. Within 30 miles: Portland Boothbay Harbor Maine Botanical Gardens Damariscotta Wiscasset Bath Brunswick Bowdoin College Freeport (LL Bean and outlet shopping) Reid and Popham Beach State Parks Hermit Island The space This is a spacious and private 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in a quiet location next to a small farm that has chickens and a few cows. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining table seats twelve. There’s a large-screen (66” smart hi def) tv with lots of seating. We have flower and vegetable gardens and you can walk in the 4 acres of woods. We have an outdoor fire pit, back deck with gas grill, dining table and picnic table. Our local beach for swimming, shelling and scenic coastal view is Mackerel Cove, a short drive down island. Guest access The whole house is yours with the exception of the basement. The deck and yard are enjoyable in the milder weather. There’s a picnic table and a dining table with umbrella for outside dining and an outdoor fire pit. Fresh vegetables from the garden in season. 🥬🥕🍅 Other things to note 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms: one bedroom and full bath on the first floor, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms ( one of these is in the primary en-suite) upstairs. One shower and one tub/shower on the second floor. One shower in the full bath on the first floor. There’s a gas grill and outside gas burner for cooking lobsters! Bocce, badminton, croquet… Gardens of flowers and veggies in season. You can help yourself!
