It is truly the ultimate relaxing getaway two levels all with breath taking panoramic views of the Lake. The space A beautiful, expansive property with five King- and Queen-sized bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms situated on a 1,250m2 block suited for up to 5 couples Our home has 2 large living areas, a large kitchen which includes all your favourite amenities, including a coffee maker and it looks out to the Lake. The 1st floor features 1 bedroom and bathroom, office, living area, dining area, kitchen, and laundry. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms one with an ensuite, also another bath/shower and separate toilet plus large living area with 2nd TV and kitchenette. There is Wi-Fi and Netflix available. Enjoy a night in watching a movie in the lounge or roast some marshmallows over the firepit. With indoor and outdoor dining areas, BBQ, board games and much more, it is the perfect setting for a holiday, a retreat, a celebration or just an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle. You are also welcome to help yourself to fruit available on the lime and lemon trees in the backyard. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main house except for 2 small storage rooms. The shed is locked and NOT accessible to Guests. There is a single car garage and plenty of outdoor parking available on the property. Other things to note We are located in a rural setting so you need to be mindful of insects and other creatures that may be around the property. You will regularly hear and see bush turkeys and curlews. This property has NBN service, so Wi-Fi is available but is not always reliable. Sometimes there is also limited mobile phone service if you are not with a major service provider. Yungaburra Food Works is open till 8pm every day.
