Set in 9 acres of stunning grounds of Stoke House, the home of Trinity College, this spacious property offers 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, large kitchen and open plan sitting and dining area. This fabulous house is located just off the Downs in Stoke Bishop and is a perfect place to explore Bristol and to gather as a large family, or group of friends, with plenty of free parking. *From April '27, an additional accessible en-suite bedroom will be available on the ground floor. The space The house offers 5 large bedrooms, all on the first floor, 3 of which are en-suite, with the remaining 2 (one of which sleeps 3) sharing a bathroom. All rooms can be set as twin or king-size. Room 3 is the largest of the rooms and has adequate space for a travel cot, should you wish to bring one. The property has a large kitchen with double doors onto an extensive lounge and dining area. The property does not have an washing machine or dryer, but access can be provided to the college laundry room, on request. In January 2027, works will be done to convert part of the garage into to an accessible double bedroom with en-suite. Therefore this will then become a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom property, which can accommodate up to 13 people. Guest access Guests have access to all internal rooms in the property, although the sun room is currently used for storage. There is no access to the garage. With regard to the grounds, Trinity College is a working college during term time, we would therefore ask that, during the week, you do not roam around the site. You are very welcome to use the front lawn area at weekends. Please be mindful that there are student residential areas around site and access is not permitted. Please ensure children are accompanied and supervised when walking around the college grounds, outside the immediate perimeter of the Airbnb property. Other things to note The house is accessed by a digilock code and the code for your stay will be issued to you shortly before your visit. For weekend departures, including bank holidays, you may depart at your leisure. Departures on weekdays are by 10am. You can request a later check out at a fee of £25 per extra hour.
