This spacious 3 story house with panoramic beach views is divided up as follows: 1) Top floor - a) Spacious Master Bedroom, large closet with a king sized bed, Roku tv, split AC, ocean view and balcony overlooking Las Dunas Beach. b) Second bedroom with a queen size bed and side ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen/ living room open space, bathroom, laundry room (washer and drier) and balcony with breathtaking unobstructed ocean views with 2 lounge chairs for you to watch the sunrise while sipping in your morning coffee. Top floor sleeps 4. 2) The main floor- a) has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, ocean view, Roku TV, Split AC. b) Family Room Open Space Common Area has 2 queens side by side, Split AC and Roku TV. This room is not enclosed. Kids will love sleep overs in this room! and there is also a sofa bed. Sleeps up to 7 people. Fully stocked kitchen with a large breakfast bar/ island for family dining. Glass windows and glass ceiling, marble floors, marbelized columns, front and side balconies and breathtaking ocean views. House is weathered due to beach location but fully functional. 3) Basement studio- this is the third floor of the house and it has two queen size beds side by side and a sofa bed. Sleeps up to 5 people. Ocean views, small kitchen, dinning area and a bathroom. Extras: Hot tub overlooking the ocean on the west side of the house. Patio covered with a bamboo gazebo on the north side great for BBQ’s, yoga or outdoor activities. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The main door entrance is Wheelchair accessible with a ramp and a wide front door. There is also two other entrances: one from the top west side of the house and on the bottom east side of the house. The pass codes will be given upon reservation. Other things to note Before you book please note: This Airbnb has a million dollar view, it’s clean and comfortable with all the amenities already mentioned but it is no 5 star hotel and neither is the price! Because of its proximity to the ocean, appliances can rust fast so expect some cosmetic imperfections. We are in an area of Nature preserve surrounded by wild life, Occasionally small creatures and insects may find their way in despite our efforts, it’s important to keep all doors and windows closed, avoid crumbs and clean up spills immediately. The house is about 300 feet above the ocean with no easy access to the beach below. There’s a trail down to the beach but it is somewhat difficult. Car is a must. It’s about a 3-5 minute drive to Villa Pesquera (nearest beach). However the home is very spacious and a fantastic place for budget friendly small gatherings. It is large enough to park 20 cars. It has 210° of ocean view and is the highest point on the cliff in Isabela.
