Large bedrooms with ceiling fans. Living/Dining Room with Air Conditioning We do not provide bed linen, only mattress covers and pillows. East-facing bedrooms, all with ocean views. Two balconies, one facing south (front of the building) and the other with a barbecue grill) HOUSE RULES We require guests to observe quiet hours (between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.). We do not allow parties on the property. Locked spaces are for the exclusive use of the HOSTS. Guests who open cabinets, wardrobe doors and/or shelves that are locked must reimburse the Hosts with the amount of R$3,000.00 (Three thousand reais) as compensation for damage to property, and may be civilly and criminally liable before the courts. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note GUESTS will be provided with cleaning products (dishcloth, detergent, sponge, broom, dustpan, bucket and trash can, Hygiene Products (toilet paper and soap) Barbecue Grill and Skewers.
