A lovely large front deck catches the sea breeze and is a great place to entertain outdoors with a BBQ or relax with family and friends. Two bedrooms main and second bedrooms with queen size beds and third bedroom with double bed. The middle bedroom opens to the living room with a door to close it off and is in-between ( walk through to) the other two rooms . Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer . Please note yard is not fully enclosed and pets will need to be let out and supervised for toiletting as front deck is not open to yard. Guest access You will have the entire house . There is an outdoor bathroom at the back you have access to and a cabin which is not accessible to guests. The host may occasionally use the cabin but will always notify guests beforehand if this is the case and respect their privacy. Other things to note Multiple stairs to access to the house with one hand rail and steep driveway. You can park in the carport . There is a steep narrow driveway to the carport which can be tricky to reverse down so should be used at guest discretion . It is best approached from the high end of the street so turn around in the neighbour’s driveway up the street.
