However, electricity usage will be charged separately as follows: • ❄️ Air-conditioning Electricity: 1,287VND/kWh × Usage • 🔌 Other Appliances Electricity: 3,608 VND/kWh x usage To ensure payment for electricity usage, guests are required to deposit 2,000,000 VND upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out after deducting the electricity bill. If the bill exceeds 2,000,000 VND, the guest will need to pay the difference via Airbnb.
