Enjoy a peaceful stay in a private bedroom with all of the comforts of home. Looking for those traveling for work needing longer term stays. Additional bedroom in basement available for groups of more than 2. Please message me with any questions. The house resides in a quiet neighborhood and is within driving distance of Summit Motorsports Park, Cedar Point, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and Lake Erie Shores & Islands. The general living areas including the bathroom are shared spaces. The space Single story home with basement. Must climb two stairs upon entering house. Multiple rooms available for rent so there may be other guests. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, and basement media room are shared spaces. Guest access Access to kitchen, living room, and basement media room in addition to private bedroom(s). During your stay Contactless self check-in available. Host lives on-site and may be in and out of the home throughout your stay. Must be ok with sharing space with 15 month old Bernedoodle dog. Any questions please feel free to ask in person or on the app. Other things to note Since starting the Airbnb I have gotten a very friendly Bernedoodle pup who is currently 17 months old. He does shed some and would have access to the upstairs shared spaces and he sleeps in my bedroom. I regularly host family and friends for dinner and/or game nights in the shared common spaces. I’ll give you a heads up if I’m planning on having other guests. If you are around and would like to join us just let me know and you are welcome to! Your personal space and quiet hours will always be respected by everyone. Walls are not sound-proof and floors can be squeaky so if you are a light sleeper it is recommended to bring a fan or sound machine.
