This trendy two-story condo spans 2,800 square feet and offers a stylish living space. The terrace offers breathtaking ocean views through the trees, and is just steps away from the lower pool plaza, where you can relax in the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and comfortable daybeds. Orchid Tree House Bedroom/Bathroom Configuration The four bedrooms are stacked (2 x 2) in the bottom floor of the Lower Tree House. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. (Please be aware that the upper two bedrooms share a bathroom). There is also a half bathroom in the living room terrace level above. - Bedroom 1 (lower) - 1 King + Bathroom - Bedroom 2 (lower)- 2 Queens + Bathroom - Bedroom 3 (upper) - 1 King + 1 Single (Share a bathroom on lower) - Bedroom 4 (upper) - 1 King +1 Single (Share a bathroom on lower) - All bedrooms have privacy curtains and separate air conditioning. - The upper bedrooms are accessed by interior stairs and have low ceilings. There are no exceptions. Please move the fun down to the lower Orchid Tree House Level. ORCHID FEE: Upon entry you will pay a Orchid "Common Area Access Fee" at $20 per booked night. (For example, if your party of 8 stays for 5 nights, this charge is $100 ($20 x 5 nights), and is separate from your booking fee for the Orchid Tree House. RESTAURANT CHARGE ACCOUNT: You may charge restaurant and bar charges on credit card only. No cash is accepted. Orchid charges a 3% fee on all credit card charges. HOUSE RULES All guests must abide by the rules and codes of conduct as established by the Orchid management which will be explained to you when you check in. A few important rules - Smoking is not permitted. The roof top pool and jacuzzi is only available to adults (13 years and older) for swimming. The lower pool and jacuzzi is reserved for swimming for all ages - which is located on the same level as the Lower Tree House living room terrace (for convenience). Please note that there is no running, jumping, diving or rough housing in or around the pool areas as they are shallow infinity pools. Glass and Bluetooth speakers are not permitted in common areas.
