A home away from home! From the 2 car garage to the oversized deck, large master suite, and large yard, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Take a walk to the neighborhood beach for some unbelievable sunsets, make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, eat together at the large dining table, play board games, listen to the record player, play corn hole, or ride the bikes. Don't miss the many amazing restaurants! There is plenty to see and do on the Island. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with all the linens, towels, pillows, blankets, and toiletries you will need for up to 8 guests. Large kitchen is open to the dining room and has a pass-through window to the living room. Full size washer & dryer. TV, books, games, and toys will entertain you inside. Beach chairs, corn hole, fire pit, grill, picnic table, and large yard will keep you entertained outdoors. Walk to the beach or around the neighborhood, ride the bikes on the Island bike trail, or drive to many close by beaches, parks, restaurants, shops, and more. Just a short drive to Annapolis and just a day trip in to Washington DC! Guests will have the whole house and yard to enjoy for themselves. Guests can text or email at any time. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a small private beach within walking distance from the house. Bike right out of the garage, down the road, and take the wonderfully wide bike trails all along Rt. 8 from the Bay bridge to the tip of the Island! Walk, bike, or drive - there are many wonderful places near by. Walk to the private beach or go for a stroll around the neighborhood, bike along the Island bike trails, take a drive to the many great restaurants, shopping, and sites of the island, spend the day or evening in Annapolis (about 20 miles from the house), or take a day trip into Washington DC (about 50 miles from the house).
