Traveling to this area for work and need a comfortable home-away-from-home for weeks or months? Discounts are available for longer stays (weekly and monthly)! Relax and enjoy this stylishly boho space: a pristine 2 BR/2BA home with a 1 car garage, decorated in bold hues of teal, rust, black, and cream. The 2 bedrooms have incredibly comfortable pillow-top king & queen beds and black out curtains to enhance solitude while you're sleeping. The primary bedroom has a double-sink en suite bathroom. The space The spacious home is an open concept layout, with the kitchen and eating area open into the living room. The bedrooms are toward the rear of the house and have very large closets, and the primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $35 fee. LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late.
