The relaxation area has a comfortable sofa, which opens into a Murphy bed for sleeping, as well as a Smart TV with Netflix included. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and wall-hung toilet. You will particularly appreciate its central location, in the heart of Lyon in the 1st arrondissement, at the foot of the Opera House and Place des Terreaux. You will be located in the city centre, close to the main points of interest (Hôtel-de-Ville, Bellecour, Terreaux, etc.) via public transport (metro C, Croix-Paquet and metro A via Hôtel-de-Ville ) a few minutes walk away. You will be at the foot of the slopes of the Croix-Rousse, a real village in the city perched high up.  To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:  - An open and bright living room: comfortable chairs and sofa, wooden dining table and 4K Smart TV (Netflix, Molotov...). - A kitchenette-type kitchen area: well equipped with dishwasher, washing-drying machine, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many utensils. - A neat bathroom: walk-in shower, vanity unit and wall-hung toilet. A hand-delivery of the keys will also be carried out on the day of your departure from the accommodation. You agree to comply with these conditions when you book a stay of at least 28 nights. The apartment is equipped with a Minut smart home sensing device. It detects excessively loud noises, above the threshold tolerated by the condo's regulations, like those of a party (not allowed in the apartment) or very loud music. It senses also cigarette smoke, which is not allowed in the apartment. In case any of those types of events is detected, it gives you an alarm signal, and it alerts remotely the hosting team, which may send you warning messages.
