Heated/AC Pool, Relaxation & GREAT Location!

This is a great way to enjoy some sunshine, but also stay cool during the summer months. The pool is equipped with an AC/heating system that keeps the water cool in the summer and heats up during the winter. It is also a large pool for all to enjoy! When you’re not enjoying the pool, the location is close to everything including local shopping and restaurants. Other things to note Items provided: Hair Dryers, Clothing Steamer, Hangers/Closet Space, Coffee Pot, Bluetooth Speaker, Wifi Access, Smart TVs in all rooms, Washer/Dryer, and much more. Garbage and Recycling Bins are on the right front side of the house by the garage. If you are renting on a Thursday night, we ask that you bring both to the curb with the wheels facing the house. Once they are picked up on Friday, you may return them. Pool/Spa Pool is cooled during summer months to keep it refreshing when the weather is hot. The heater/AC is set to approximately 85 degrees. Spa is set to turn on every evening with a temperature of 102 to relax. If you have any questions regarding the pool temperature or settings, please text or call. Shower in Hallway To turn on the shower, twist the front smaller circular knob to the left. The larger handle will then be used to adjust the temperature of the water. Beach & Bath Towels All towels are located in the linen closet across from the bathroom. We have 9 total beach towels and over 10 bath towels for your stay. Additional sheets & bedding for sleeper sofas (2 sleeper sofas) Bedding for the sleeper sofa as well as additional pillows are located in the master bedroom closet.
