The space The main house on the property is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom dwelling that comfortably fits groups of up to 10 people. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area, living area and fireplace for groups to relax and unwind. Refer to the listing for a full breakdown of the beds. For groups for 11-14, there is a detached cabin on the property located about 20 metres from the house which can be set up with a double sofa bed and 2 singles beds. Please note: the cabin itself does not have its own bathroom however there is a full bathroom and kitchen located in the garage next door to the cabin that is also available for use. Please refer to the listing photos for the boundaries of the property. Other things to note Please Note: As with most houses in Australia, our hot water is supplied from an onsite boiler tank. Please understand that while it is a large capacity water tank, our hot water supply is not unlimited and just as you would in your own home please be considerate of this when using it to wash dishes and shower. If it does run out, you will need to wait overnight for the tank to reheat before having access to hot water again.
