Indoor/outdoor living secluded on 5-acres in LV

Situated on 5 acres above town with sweeping views of the island and bay, and ample space to spread out. This is a place for nature lovers that want to get away from the noise in town and soak in the sounds of the desert, while still being on the beach setting up for a session in 10 min. Home features a large outdoor lounge and fire pit, badminton court, and all typical appliances/comforts (AC, washer, etc.). You will generally need a car in La Ventana, but definitely need one for my place. The space The home features two very comfortable bedrooms that can be converted into home office space as well (great starlink internet for video calls etc.). there are two full bathrooms, one connecting the bedrooms, and another connected to the kitchen with a large outdoor shower for washing gear. The outdoor kitchen is large with ample seating at the center island, and an adjoining lounge area with gas fire pit overlooks the desert Forrest. There is also badminton court if you have any energy left after the wind drops. There is very little noise nearby, lots of birds and small wildlife, unparalleled privacy, and sweeping views of the water from everywhere. It feels so good to be here. Guest access You will have access to the full property, and are welcome to throw up additional tents etc. if needed.
