I have two cozy, airy and fully equipped apartments on the beach, 300 meters from the sea and 10 minutes from Torres RS. Family atmosphere, quiet and cozy for 4 people, with the possibility of 6 people each apartment, with an increase in value for each person. The space Integrated and spacious living room and kitchen environment, large balcony in front, balcony in the back with individual barbecue in each apartment. Washing machine and small tank, one bathroom and two double bedrooms and extra mattresses, wardrobe, air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms and fan in the other bedroom of each apartment. Swimming pool and kiosk, being a common area to the two apartments, where we have wooden and plastic tables, two umbrellas and beach chairs available for use in the pool area. Closed garage for Apt. 01 and closed parking for Apt. 02. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and electric oven, and a skewer for the barbecue. I have four pillows in each apartment. I do not offer sheets and bath towels. Guest access The swimming pool and kiosk are common areas to both apartments. Regarding the garage, Apt 01 has a closed garage and Apt 02 has a closed parking lot next to the building. Other things to note I don't offer sheets and bath towels. We accept small pets. We do not allow smoking inside the apartments and in the pool area, but you can smoke on the balcony in front, putting cigarette butts in an appropriate place. The daily rate is for 4 people, with two more being charged extra per day per person, except for children up to 2 years old. The pool is shared by the two apartments.
