As you walk up the stairs and through the entry hall, a large great room welcomes you to the open fully equiped kitchen, living room and dining area. Then head down the rear staircase to the outdoor dining patio with charcoal grill. From there, enter the pool enclosure for a refreshing swim in the private heated pool. The bedrooms each have a desk as dedicated workspace and whole home wifi. The space We welcome you to our brand new raised home. The living area is set on the second floor above the garage storage unit, so you walk up the staircase to our home and emerge in our great open floor plan. Enterain yourselves with the huge TV and musical instruments. Ample windows in the living area let you view beautiful sunsets unobstructed because the home is at the treetops. Glance down the windows and you see the open patio area and entry to the refreshing heated private swimming pool. Each bedroom has its own desk, great for remote workers. There is a laundry room for guest use. We provide all basic kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware, bed linens and ample towels. The home can sleep 6 adults comfortably and can sleep up to 5 small children on the futons. A crib is available upon request for our littlest visitors. Guest access Guests enjoy the entire upper floor unit in privacy, and access the upper entry door with a keypad. Guests can walk down the rear staircase to access the patio and pool area, which is exclusively for your use. The ground floor is a separate garage storage unit and is not a part of the rental. only registered guests are permitted to be on the property, additional unregistered guests are not permitted Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway is available. Parking for up to 2 cars is also available in the grass easement between the street and the drainage ditch. Do not park in neighbor's yards. Do not park in the street as it is an obstruction of the roadway and may be towed. Other things to note This is a brand new home with construction completed in May 2022. This means we hope everything is perfect, but if it isn't, to please let us know immediately so we can fix it. The downstairs unit is rented by Twinkle Twinkle Little Store and you may their staff. It is a completely separate unit, please do not be alarmed if you see them or their cars present. The do not have access to your unit and will not interfere with your stay. This also means that on online maps, they may not have yet updated the pictures of this address and old Satellite images may show an empty lot. We assure you as Superhosts that the home is there! The pool is has an electric heater which automatically runs on a timer and thermostat to get the pool to 85°, and is unable to raise temperatures greater than 20° above ambient outdoor temperatures. During the hot summer months, please understand that all HVAC units have physical limitations and may not be able to cool the home more than 20 degrees than the outside temperature. We cannot accept USPS mail however UPS, FedEx and other delivery services can deliver. We recommend a PO box if you need to receive mail. Please note that Collier County currently is in a drought and there is a government issued water shortage warning to limit irrigation. Because of this, the grass might not be lush and green.
