Its convenient location, just 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid, will allow you to be close to everything the city has to offer. In addition, the flat has all the amenities you need to feel at home: a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable living area. The decoration and the warm and cosy atmosphere of the place will allow you to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay. Services enjoyed by my guests: - Ideally located in a residential neighbourhood with bars, supermarkets and well connected to the centre of Madrid. - Bed linen, towels and toiletries will be provided. . - Electric boiler, heating through heaters and air conditioning. Equipped: - Bed linen and towels will be provided. - Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. - In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a lift, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine + dryer, hoover, iron, hoover, hair dryer, heating (heaters) and air conditioning. Other IMPORTANT features you should be aware of: - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Please let us know your needs in advance so that we can prepare them for your stay. Accommodation : You will appreciate the place for its privileged location, the quietness of the flat and its neat touch. The flat is accessible by lift. The flat can comfortably accommodate 3 people. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A living area: a sofa, a TV, a dining area with table and chairs. - A functional and modern kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, cooking utensils. - A first functional bedroom: queen-size double bed. - A second functional bedroom: queen-size double bed. - A well-kept bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin. Guest access Depending on your arrival time, we will provide you with the information to access the flat (check-in will be in person), hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us at least 3 days before your arrival. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. The building puts out the trash cans starting at 7:30 pm. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
