Please note this room is separate from the house by the deck and has a separate entrance from the exterior. it can be accessed either by walking through any of the downstairs bedrooms walking across the deck to the sliding door entrance to this room or by going downstairs from the front door and entering the room from the exterior door. Great for teens or adults in one bed kids in the other, not the best for small kids to stay in on their own. The living area boasts wall to wall ocean views and windows from the living and kitchen area. Designated work area, and high speed fiber internet throughout. Dining table for 10, kitchen is a bit dated but has new appliances. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shop, brewery, multiple restaurants and surf rentals!
