Plan the perfect winter vacation filled with skiing (10 mi to Wilmot Ski Resort) ice fishing, snowmobiling and more! The space This newly renovated (2022) split-level home has lake views to die for! Experience the boho/modern farmhouse living room, dining room and full kitchen on the top floor with gorgeous views overlooking the entire lake (and evening sunsets!) This 3 bedoom, 2 full-bath home has cozy queen beds in each room with additional bunk beds in one room that is perfect for the littles (or adults young at heart). The lower level has an additional relaxing living space with a pull-out sleeper sofa and swivel chairs perfect for watching a movie after a day on the lake. An additional table/chairs in the lower level is perfect for another dining space, poker/game table or a workspace. Check out the bookshelf adorned with board games, cards and puzzles perfect for rainy or winter days! No need to pack your beach towels! Find a basket full of complimentary beach towels in the lower level to use while you stay. The lower level also has a full kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with stand-up shower. And last but not least, the 3 season sun room is the perfect place to put your feet up or enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the stunning lake views! Guest access You will have the entire house with private access. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath "split-level" home with a staircase connecting the upper and lower levels. There is a sidewalk off of the 3 seasons room that leads to a stairway with access to a deck overlooking the lake. There is a second set of stairs from the deck down to the pier where you will have access to swimming, fishing, ice skating and more! Guests will not have access to garage. Lakeside deck has 2 sun loungers and a outdoor dining table/chairs....perfect for taking in the best view on the lake. The grassy back yard has a BBQ grill, adirondack chairs, and a portable fire pit for campfire chats and roasting marshmallows.
