Self-contained apartment in a house

Enjoy with family or friends this completely autonomous and private accommodation, between ocean and Pyrenean foothills, in the heart of the Basque Country, close to the village center. With an area of 70 m2, two large bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, and a large kitchen, overlooking a garden. You will be 20 minutes from Bayonne, and 30 minutes from the Spanish border. Possibility of preferential rate for spa guests; please let me know. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, it is completely independent and private. The kitchen has direct access to a large 600 m2 garden. Cars can park directly on the property, in the extension of the garden, which makes unloading luggage very convenient. Two entrances are possible: through the kitchen, and through one of the bedrooms. From the kitchen you access the living room on your right, then a hallway leading to the bathroom, the first bedroom, then continuing the hallway on the right, you access the second bedroom, which therefore has itself access to the garden, car side. The kitchen is fully equipped, very spacious, it is the collective "living space"! The living room is very "cozy", with a library, an HD TV (with Netflix and Canal+); the accommodation has Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided. Guest access Access from the road is via a gate that remains open (but can be closed) that allows you to park at the beginning of the garden, right next to the two entrances to the accommodation: kitchen and 2nd bedroom. You'll have two keys that match these two entries. During your stay We live on the second floor of the house, and will be available in case of special need (specific kitchen appliances, or other); both floors are well soundproofed and allow a quiet neighborhood. Other things to note Upon request, we can offer guests a meal on the day of their arrival, if necessary, to allow them to take the time to do their shopping the next day; with simple, local products.
