Located within the Core Tourist Zone, you walk less than a mile to enjoy a day down in the water or up on the slopes, then come back and relax in the modern luxury offered inside this newly built home in Tahoe Woods, a gated condominium complex, or stroll with ease to the heart of downtown for a night out on the town. This Downtown Condo is beautifully furnished, gourmet kitchen (with two ovens and large gas range), and newer construction. Centrally located, and very spacious inside. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi jetted tub. Off the dining room is a balcony with views of the forest. Home Summary: - 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms - Bedroom 1 (upstairs): twin-over-full bunk bed, shares full hall bathroom - Bedroom 2 (downstairs): 2 queen beds, shares full hall bathroom - Bedroom 3 (master suite downstairs): king bed, streaming HDTV, private bathroom with shower and jetted tub - Outdoor covered balcony - Brand new stainless steel appliances in kitchen - Gas fireplace - HDTV in living room - Laundry room - Dedicated indoor garage for one car and the driveway for another car. ***Please note that we don't have central heater and AC. Instead, for heating, we have a portable heater for every room and a fireplace in living room. For cooling, we have a portable AC in living room, and another portable AC for bunk bedroom upstairs; fans are in the other two rooms downstairs as it's cool enough not to have AC there.*** We don't accept bookings that check out on Nov 26 (Thanksgiving day), Dec 24 & 25 (Christmas eve and day), and Jan 1 as housekeeping can't be arranged. But you may stay through these days. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse unit, balcony, and private garage. Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: - You must be 18 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2, with 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. The community courtyard may have guest parking on first come first serve basis. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Early check-in is possible, but check with me for timing. - Check out time is 11:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. - Our BBQ grill is electric, so propane gas is not provided. SLT VHR Permit # 010798 Note: This unit can accommodate up to 8 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $30/guest/night, after the first 5 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.
