The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2, with 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. The community courtyard may have guest parking on first come first serve basis. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Early check-in is possible, but check with me for timing. - Check out time is 11:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. - Our BBQ grill is electric, so propane gas is not provided.
